How to Pay Your Bill

You can pay your Lifetime EyeCare bill online in just a couple short steps! All you need are your statement and your credit or debit card to get started. If you need another copy of your statement, please let us know.

First, enter the patient number located on your statement. Click “pay now,” where you will be redirected to a PayPal checkout screen. (Don’t worry, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay your bill.)

Then, enter in your statement total. From there you will be prompted to enter your payment information. After you click submit, you are finished!

You should receive an email confirming your payment from PayPal, and if we have any questions about your payment, we will be in touch.
